Does this mean she's dying?

in my dream, my little cousin who's not so much little in personality as she is many yrs younger than me in age ~ i'm 30, she's 19 or 20... very mature for her age though ~ she runs the streets, prostitutes, smokes weed, pops percs and "x", her street savvy is far more superior than mine could ever be ~ she and i have a connection though ~ she will come to me at random to talk~ in my dream she did and i was startled at how bad she looked ~ granted, sometimes she looks a little rough, but in the dream it was worse... sweat all over her face, she had just walked out an alley where drugs are known to be ~ on her approach, i asked what was wrong and she said "grandma been sick!"[her mom's mom really has been diagnosed w/stage 4 cancer, is on kidney dialysis and has epilepsy]--my cousin sarted crying and fell into my chest ~ she said "grandma been sick, worse than usual. gran said she'll be gone soon... what am i gonna do." ~ i held her like a baby and we cried and cried and cried--any thoughts guys?
