Is there a video converter that can convert mov files into a video file I can edit on windows movie maker?

I'm trying to edit videos I shoot from my camera but it makes the videos MOV files which windows movie maker will not accept. What's a video converter that I don't have to download that I can convert my videos into files that windows movie maker accepts?
