Does WWE purposley surprises us with good Raws every once in a while?

I mean WWE still has it guys, they still have the ablity to keep us off the seats for an entire raw, while most raws are boring, but there are Raws that make you want to talk about like this one, and the best part about it was most of the superstars last night weren't even in the attitude era it was mostly new generation superstars, the miz swagger vs riley and rey was probally the best tag match in years
