Have I been hacked? Freaking out!?

Ok so I was on my computer in safe mode. I did delete some files I was not quite sure what they were...but then all of the sudden it's like a different desktop is on my screen and it's asking me if I want to save .mov file....it was under the username Brian which is not me. The heck? Am I in trouble?
