WHY ARE MY VIDEOS DOING THIS!!?

I got a new camera but the videos are in QuickTime (MOV) format so I converted them to WMV so I can put them on windows movie maker...why why why is the video not working!!! You can fast forward 41 seconds in to see what im talking about...please help!
