How do I convert .prproj to someting I can put on YouTube?

So I have been working on a few video projects usng a trial of Adobe Pro Premiere CS5.5 but when I save the project it only lets me save in .prproj file. I really want to get the videos so that I can upload them on YouTube. Is there a program I can use that converts it from .prproj to .mov or anything else. I have tried exporting and it didn't work and I can render it but I have no idea what to do with a rendered file. Any help would be much appreciated.
