How to convert .FRV file to .MOV? PLEASE help!?

I used the stop motion software "Frames" to complete part of my video project. The software set my file as an .frv file? I really need to know how to get an frv file to an mov file or anything that will work with windows movie maker or if there's another movie maker or anything, that would be fine as well. PLEASE help! I'm stuck and I have NO idea how to fix this! Thank you so much!
