Is it really true that Osama Bin Ladin died from Kidney Failure 10 years ago?

since he was on Dialysis and when we were bombing him in Afghanistan he couldn't get proper medical care so he died. and teh government has been covering up all these years so we would invade Iraq and Afghanistan
