An Organization to Help with Medicine for my father-in-law with Kidney Failure.?

So heres the deal. My father in law was diagnosed with kidney failure alittle over 3 years ago. He has been undergoing Kidney dialysis for 2 years now. He applied for Medicare and they cover the cost of the dialysis 100% Just recently his name finally came up to have a kidney transplant done. We have a donor for the kidney and we found out that she is compatible. Now we are stuck in our tracks because without $600 to $800 a month income to cover the medicine he will need to keep the kidney working for him he can not get the transplant. We are really scared that without that kidney he will not live much longer. Medicare said they will not cover the meds.. SO that leaves it up to us. My mother in law is also disabled and can not get up or down due to severe back problems as well as a shattered knee. Is there anyone out there that knows of any type of organization that will help us!? Please we are begging you!! He is only 49 yrs old and has alot of life left! He has a grandchild on the way aswell.
