So who else was sure Osama Bin Laden died years ago?

I always used to say "no one who lives in a cave and needs weekly dialysis is going to live very long, if Osama wasn't offed already he would have died from an infection sooner or later" but I just read that he was killed TODAY in Pakistan, and that he was living in a swanky mansion, that just does my head in.
