My sister's son 32 is having a hard time getting a job?

he is on probation and when they do a background check it shows a felony. He has been staying with my husband and I and has been for about a month now. He does get $200.00 a month in food stamps which he gives to us to help out. Recently my husband accused him of leaving front door open and as a result our dog got out and was coming up the street when my husband was returning home. Husband yelled at him for being irresponsible and for having a friend over. (I was out of town visiting my sister his mother, at the time). My husband had some friends over and was calling my nephew names like, lazy, no good, not responsible bla bla bla. My husband called me and told me that he had to get out in a week. He has nowhere else to go. My husband is on dialysis 3x a week and my nephew even offered to donate a kidney to him but not a match. I am very close to my nephew and there is no way that I can pack up him and his belongings and drop him off on the street with no money and no food. What should I do??
