Has anyone on home dialysis travelled overseas?

I am currently on home dialysis three days a week, my wife and I are looking at taking a holiday to Honolulu later this year. Is it possible to go and arrange dialysis in a dialysis centre in Honoulu? Is there a cost involved? Has any one done it? Who can recommend a dialysis centre in Honolulu / name contact? Regards Alan.
