I have Angina need a triple bypass my arteries are clogged up 95 per cent. I am willing to have the surgery.?

The problem is that my kidneys are in a bad state (a knock on from my diabetes) and they could fail under a bypass op. or they may NOT fail. If they do then I will be on dialysis for the remainder of my life, but my heart will be strong. I am 78 suffer breathlessness. Anybody out there in a similar state?
