How to Play .mov videos on windows? PLEASE HELP?

hi guys my friend needed help making a video about basketball. so i made it on my mac, its around 3:10 minutes long and 800MB. Now that i wanna sent it to him on his windows, i just cant. I tried emailing, it but the limit is 5MB, i tried uploading it on web the files too large.... i really need help. how can i play .mov videos on windows.
