Any free programs I could get to convert videos to .mov?

I have a chrome extension that allows me to download youtube videos but only in .mp4 or .p3 or .flv but not .mov. I need to be able to convert it to .mov so i can make .gifs in Photoshop CS5. I own a PC, so I can't use RealPlayer like everyone on macs seem to be able to do. Anything free and converts the whole video without an annoying watermark of any sort?
