Help with a youtube video I uploaded?

Ok heres the problem I got this DVD which is a film I have starred in and my friend made it now the problem I have is the file was VOB so I converted it to MOV and then had no problems so uploaded it to youtube and the whole film is 8 minutes and 50 seconds long but for some reason I have only for 3 and a half minutes of the video uploaded how comes it isn't uploading the whole video???
