How do I convert video_ts and audio_ts files to .avi or .mov?

I have a file of video_ts and a file of audio_ts for this movie. I want to watch it on my computer, but I don't know how to make those files watchable. Can someone please help? I would like it if there was some kind of free software that would do it for me. Let me know! Thanks!
