Life is tough how should i react?

my life is miserable.. im on dialysis because my kidney is bad and i cant get a new one... im depressed... my life has been full of let downs.. my best friend wont talk to me because she doesnt care about me.. i've never been kissed and i never had a gf.. life isnt fair
